Recent Photos taken on visit to Royal Victoria Hospital Netley (March 2020)
I have wanted to visit the Netley site for many years but living in the Antipodes has not made this easy!  However, a window of opportunity opened in early March and I spent a few hours wandering around this wonderful historic site. 
Within the Chapel is an exceptional collection of exhibits, videos and original artefacts. At each corner of the original hospital site are memory boards filled with fascinating photos and information (Royal Victoria Heritage Trail)
From the North East corner you can walk to the Netley Military Cemetery which accommodated the burial of military and civilian casualties, including the families of hospital staff. 
​I really enjoyed my visit and would like to return to explore further.
